At Halyo, we strive to provide the highest quality Execution Intelligence services. We want you to be completely satisfied with our platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time in a billing period.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Professional plan annual subscriptions cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.
- Documented technical failure of the Services that prevents core usage.
- Billing errors or duplicate charges.
4. Enterprise Agreements
Custom Enterprise agreements are subject to the specific refund and termination clauses outlined in your individual contract. In the absence of such clauses, this standard policy applies.
